Brian A. Synan, Rimco’s Project Manager, is responsible for
the management and completion of special projects, including
the organization of Rimco’s management systems.

they respond on site the same day. But it’s not just
maintenance or setting up networks, we’ve found Shiloh’s
training to be valuable too. They’re good at explaining
software to people who aren’t necessarily computer literate.
Shiloh’s Outlook training improved our scheduling and contact
management, and they took the extra step to set up both shared
Contact Lists and Calendars for us.”
