How to Publish an Access Report in Word



Have you wondered how you can include an Access report as part of a Word document?

Open the report you wish to publish to Word. From the Menu, select TOOLS, OFFICE LINKS, and click Publish It With MS Word.

Word automatically starts, opening the report as a Rich Text Format (RTF) document, which you can then treat like any other Word document.

Name it and save it where you wish, or use copy and paste to include it as part of a larger report or analysis. This method can also be used to publish a datasheet or form into Microsoft Word.
