Our Basic Maintenance Plan
With our basic maintenance plan, your hardware and operating system are completely covered. Discounted labor charges apply to virus remediation, application support, and additional services. See labor charges below.

- Network Priority Response, utilizing remote access technology and priority onsite visits within four hours as needed.
- Free Loaners. Sometimes specialized restoration is needed to repair equipment. If we must bring your equipment into our repair shop, free loaners (computer, printer, and computer peripherals) are provided. Shiloh will even transfer your current data files onto the loaner equipment so your business doesn't lose a beat.

Preventative Computer Maintenance
Shiloh's annual preventative maintenance program spots computer hardware and computer software issues before they become problems. Once a year, Shiloh cleans and diagnoses your computer equipment to help guard against untimely breakdowns.

Once you call our service dispatcher, an IT support specialist will call you within one business hour and arrive on your site within 8 business hours. All our technicians are dispatched via car phone or pager to provide you the quickest response when our equipment fails.
Network Priority Response
When your computer network goes down, help is only a phone call away.
Utilizing the latest in remote support technologies, our knowledgeable
network engineers diagnose the problem over the phone and immediately
resolve the crisis. Because file servers are a high priority; if on-site
service is needed, we guarantee a technician will be on-site within four
hours of your call.
Free Loaners
Does your computer repair business offer FREE loaner machines? At Shiloh, if we must bring your equipment into our repair shop, free loaners (computer, printer, and computer peripherals) are provided. Labor Charges
With our basic maintenance plan, labor charges apply to additional services such as: virus and spyware remediation and support, application support, network integration, and remote server support. Charges are calculated at our discounted labor rate of $95 per hour with a 2 hour minimum for senior staff and $85 per hour for break/fix technicians.
