  • Free Loaners. Sometimes specialized restoration is needed to repair equipment. If we must bring your equipment into our repair shop, free loaners (computer, printer, and computer peripherals) are provided. Shiloh will even transfer your current data files onto the loaner equipment so your business doesn't lose a beat.

Preventative Maintenance

Shiloh's annual preventative maintenance program helps spot problems before they occur. Once a year, Shiloh will clean and diagnose your computer equipment to help guard against untimely breakdowns.

Your problems are resolved quickly so that you can concentrate on your priorities. You won't have to wait forever or track down a technician. Once you call our service dispatcher, a technician will call you within one business hour and arrive on your site within 8 business hours. All our technicians are dispatched via car phone or pager to provide you the quickest response when our equipment fails.

Network Priority Response

When your network goes down, help is only a phone call away. Utilizing the latest in remote access technologies, our knowledgeable network engineers will try to diagnose the problem over the phone and immediately resolve the crisis. Because file servers are a high priority; if on-site service is needed, we guarantee a technician will be on-site within four hours of your call.

Free Loaners
