Shiloh has been using Equisys Zetafax since its inceptions. This product allows multiple user to send and receive faxes right from their desktop.

Printing Solutions

Adobe Acrobat

Adobe Acrobat allows users to easily convert Word documents to PDF.  PDFs (Portable Document Files) can be emailed or published to websites.  The advantage of a PDF file is that they are easily emailed and opened by all users.  Shiloh also promotes saving accounting files to the server so that they may be backed up and stored on CD saving small companies the cost of printing documents and storing printed documents.
